Staring Contest Rules
1.Competitors must never blink during the contest.
2.Competitors must never make an opponent blink on purpose.
3.Competitors must always look their opponent in the eye.
4.Before starting a contest someone has to count to 3 while the competitors eyes are closed. They may open their eyes to begin on 3.
5.Competitors must always shake hands after the contest.
